Non-Transferable Scrap Value: $1,565	The heart of a devil only obtained from slaying the rarely appearing hounds inside the Inner City. Used when crafting: - Devils Implant - X-Hammer - X-Python - X-Garand - X-MP5 - X-Mannberg - X-M79 - X-AK 47 The heart cannot be looted in the Inner City and can only be obtained by slaying the randomly spawning Devil Hound that will appear for one hour, every few days in the Inner City. (Wastelands Devil Hounds will drop this occasionally, it is not known if this is intended.)
